This decision totally depends on your interest, as both are different fields and if you want to go in management field then go for MBA other wise UPSC is the best option for Civil Services.

For MBA course admission, CAT and MAT scores are also accepted by Rabindranath Tagore University, Bhopal (formerly Known as AISECT University)and candidates have to mention their CAT/MAT score/percentile in their application form.

For pursuing career in HR (MBA), you need to be a graduate. Try to get at least 60% in graduation since this is the very basic criteria that most of the B-schools ask for. One point I would like to mention here is you must have appeared and cleared as well any management exam such as CAT XAT CMAT MAT NMAT etc. To get a good B-school.

Hello,
Yes, anyone who has scored at least 50% marks in graduation is eligible to give the CAT. And the cutoff for an engineer in IIM-K could be at 99+ percentile. All the best.
