Average salaries range in 4-6 LPA for top 70-80% students. Manipal University ranks below top 50 hence salary is a bit low compared to top notch colleges.

Your chances are good enough, wait till CAP round and hopefully you shall I get through, alternatively you can try in St. Francis and St. Rodriguez as they have similar cutoffs.
