Both institutions are not renowned neither are accredited by ASbA and AICTE. So, kindly choose top 50 B-Schools if you're serious in making a good career ahead.

There is no special course on Entrepreneurship, you can choose any graduate course. You can choose Certificate course from Indian Schoolof e-Business Mumbai to learn about Entrepreneurship after graduation only.

Kohinoor, Rustomjee, Viva and Raheja are some colleges you can expect for MS For PGDM, you can choose Durgadevi Saraf which is better than a lot above mentioned colleges.

It doesn't accept CMAT but only accepts CAT with 86 percentile and XAT with 80 percentile:

It totally depends on your interest and potential, Marketing is more for creative field and Finance is more analytical. So, choose accordingly which suits your skills.
