Yes, Christ University will accept ATMA score for admission in MBA courses 2020. Thy accept December 2019 or February 2020 ATMA score for the admission in 2020. Admission is granted on the basis of score in ATMA followed by GD/ Micro-Presentation/ Written Assessment/ Verbal Assessment / PI or academic performance. Good luck.

You will have to drop out and restart from the beginning. If you have just started BMS i.e. still in the first year, then you can look for vacant seats (which is unlikely at this time of the year). You will have to restart from 1st year BMS correspondence. Unless you are looking for just a graduate degree, do not go for correspondence degree in your Bachelors education. By the way choice is yours. Good luck.
