This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in medical practice / research / academics area then MS or PG Diplomas in related field is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

Since you are already employed, I would suggest you to explore Executive MBA or correspondence MBA from some of the top ranked institutes in India. You can also explore fast track MBA programs being offered by some of the top ranked global institutes.

Hello,Both options are equally good provided you make the most of the time. If opting for working, you need to maintain a fine balance between job and studies and ensure neither of them gets affected. If taking a drop, pursuing an internship, doing certification courses are some ways in utilizing the time well. Good luck.

Hello,For MBA in Operations, SIBM-Pune and NMIMS, are the best options one can have due to their brand name and excellent placements generally. You can keep SIOM and SCMHRD as backups.
