This would depend a lot on your personalty traits & interest areas. Each MBA specialization needs specific personality traits for excelling in the profession say if you are outspoken and like traveling, meeting people, take target pressure then Marketing could be a preference & is you are a process driven person who is keen on an in-house work assignment then SCM / Operations specialization is good. Both the areas do have ample growth opportunities. This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Hotel management field then Hotel management is good. However MBA is a post-graduation course & will help you move in to specific areas of business like sales/mkt, HR, Finance, SCM, IT OPS etc.
