An excellent college and a good presentation.
Placements: In my college, almost 70% of students get placed and get hired by the companies that pay more than 15 LPA, and the lowest is 6 LPA. The company includes Schindler Electric, Quest Global, Mercedes-Benz, Infosys, Oracle and TCS, etc. TCS hire a lot of students from our college.
Infrastructure: Buildings are huge and available for almost 500 students. Hostel facilities are kind of good, but the food facilities are at an average level. They have park grounds and fitness and physical facilities. Aur hostess eco-friendly projecting various plants and wildlife.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful when it comes to the education and the syllabus. The teacher provides the best and easiest way to understand the topic through theoretical as well as practical knowledge. They also talk about the trending subjects and the syllabus, which are helpful for our industry needs.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering because I was heavily interested in the automotive industry, and also, this college is one of the best colleges in my city. The college also has good facilities of labs and workshops, which improve our practical knowledge. Our college has multiple gloves, which represent each domain, helping us to understand and take parts from other branches' subjects.

Good infrastructure with a nice natural environment.
Placements: Good company visits and the faculty members here are really helping the students to get good placements. They even provide ideas about the placements before itself, so that the students get some idea about how it works, and the placement percentage is good.
Infrastructure: Good hostel facilities, the rooms are good enough. The hostel food is better than that of other paying guests or mess. They clean the room weekly, thrice, and the rooms are good enough with the sharing of 4, and whenever there's a medical emergency, they immediately find a way to help that student.
Faculty: The exams conducted here are moderately difficult modules. Tests are conducted on time, and the teaching here is so much better. Teachers even conduct class tests, which help the students to understand even better, and they even give lab tests, which is good as well.
Other: Good college experience.

Good placements in 2025, decent faculty for the first year, and a decent college.
Placements: This year, the highest package is 60 LPA, which is good. The average is around 14–15 LPA for Cyber. There are many chances to secure an internship, as the college is near the Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore. On-campus opportunities are also good. Top recruiting companies are Morgan Stanley, Amazon, Google, Swiggy, and PhonePe.
Infrastructure: The average infrastructure is not very modern, but it is okay. Wi-Fi is mediocre. Hostel quality varies based on the course fees. The luxury one, which is 1.3 LPA, is much better compared to the Rs. 80,000 per year one. Food is good. There are multiple sports clubs you can join. Labs are okay, and classrooms are like coaching ones, which is the only downside.
Faculty: I have not given the first semester exam yet, so I don’t know when I will give it. I will share later, but I heard it is moderate to difficult for first-year students. The course curriculum is good and relevant. Teachers are helpful. Some teachers are very good, but some are average, like in every other college. Faculty is helpful.
Other: I hope they provide merit scholarships.

College is great, you can trust it.
Placements: The placements in the CSE department are quite good. In the recent passing-out batch, around 85-90% of students were placed. The highest package went above 25 LPA, the average stays around 5-6 LPA, and the lowest is around 3-3.5 LPA for freshers. Top companies visiting include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, EY, Deloitte, Mindtree, and several product-based startups. Many students also get internships through campus drives in companies like TCS, Bosch, Nokia, EY, and a few startups. Common roles include Software Developer, QA Engineer, Data Analyst, Cloud Support, and Associate Engineer. Overall, placement support is decent.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure for CSE is very well maintained. The department has a good Wi-Fi connection, smart classes, AC seminar halls and updated computer labs with required software. The library is spacious with a good number of technical books and a reading space.
Faculty: The faculty in the CSE department is knowledgeable and generally helpful. Many teachers explain concepts clearly, and they are approachable for doubts. The curriculum follows VTU, so it is updated regularly with subjects like programming, data structures, AI, and emerging technologies, making it industry-oriented. Semester exams are moderately difficult. If you attend classes and prepare notes, it is easy to pass. The internal assessment and labs also help in scoring well. The pass percentage remains high because of proper guidance from faculty.

Life of a CMR IT CSE student.
Placements: As far as I know, almost 85 percent of our students are placed in good companies. The lowest package offered was around 4.5 LPA, and the mean is around 8-8.2 LPA, and the highest is around 48 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, Phones Pe, etc. Almost 80-85 percent of the students have internships, as per my knowledge. Top roles offered are SDE, associate SDE, embedded system engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our college is really good. We have good Wi-Fi speed that goes up to 250 Mbps. All the computers are modern, and they have both Windows and Ubuntu operating systems to help students. Classrooms either have a smartboard or a projector. The food quality in the mess is good, the hostel also provides a good experience, but it is slightly costly, ranging from 1.4 lakh to 1.92 lakh. A sports room and gym are present with table tennis and other games.
Faculty: The teachers have a good experience in teaching, they are highly skilled and qualified, and they are very enthusiastic. The course curriculum is mostly relevant. Our college also provides competitive coding classes from the second sem and verbal and aptitude classes to aid our placements. The semester exams become slightly difficult after the 3rd sem, but most of us pass the exams, around 85 percent of us.
Other: The campus is slightly crowded. It has great connectivity. Plenty of places to explore nearby, good exposure to tech industries. The fest is also good, I would rate it above average. Two major fests occur per year.

Amazing faculty, no extracurricular.
Placements: The placement solely depends on your individual skills. The college won't help 100%, but if you somehow master skills, that's absolutely incredible to use HKBK as your foundation. Highly positioned recruitment is available but selective, so relying on college isn't an option.
Infrastructure: The campus is quite huge, clean, and full of greenery. It's quite spacious, yet the place around the college isn't really appreciable. We have three playgrounds and two canteens, and the food is good as well. Regarding sports, I shall say it isn't taken that seriously.
Faculty: Teachers are excellent, I swear but, students or the surroundings aren't actually open-minded (personal opinion). The teachers are all very understanding and helpful, but most of the crowd I encounter is not made up of people with good future thoughts or just those who came to waste time.
Other: I chose BBA finance and marketing because I want to be knowledgeable about real life and money. I wish there were more exposure to real life. The fests and events are amazing. There are no proper extracurricular activities, and I don't think scholarships are actually a concern.
