Hello,
A candidate is eligible to appear in CAT 2019, if he/she holds a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Able (DA) categories, need at least 45% marks. So there is no age limit for appearing for CAT exam. But there is a certain age limit which the candidate should have completed the age of 20 to appear for the CAT exam. And there is no upper limit for the exam. Thank you.

The eligibility criteria of IIM-A for PGP programme is a Bachelor degree with minimum 50% of marks for general and 45% for reserved categories from a recognised University. Selection process : The selection of the candidates for admission in PGP programme at IIMA is a two-step process. The candidates are short-listed for Analytical Writing Test (AWT) and Personal Interview (PI) from among the candidates who have a valid CAT score. The CAT sectional cutoff is 70 for each section, while the overall cutoff is 80 percentile for general candidate. MBA admissions in Lucknow University are based on CAT or LUMET score. The last year CAT cut off for MBA at LU was 40 percentile, and the expected cutoff for this year will be above 42 percentile.
