It depends on you. Both have equal scope, so if you want to do MBA from IIM, it is good and also if you wants to do MBA from any foreign University, it is also good, so choose which suits you.

Yes, you can pursue MBA, the only exception is when it's specifically said that you require maths in class 12th. But I do not see any such requirements laid out.
