Both are considered equivalent in India, though choose MS if possible. Just ensure you pursue it only from a good, reputed college for better job opportunities and good networking.

BBA is a three years programme, if you choose BBA then you can work as senior executive, Jr. Manager in administration, operations and management. This BBA course can do BBA from many distance learning universities like Amity University, Annamalai Distance University, Jagannath University and Suresh Gyan Vihar University.
