Hi Ravi!
With 65%, you may get admission in tier 2 college and that too depending upon if you had Math as a compulsory subject in your class 12th or not. There are some college doesn't allow admission for on maths students. However, admission in BBA with 65% is possible.
Good Luck.

Hi,
Architecture has better scope and prospects compared to BBA+MBA, but both are very different fields to compare. It purely depends on your interest to choose a course.

Hi Usman,
You can apply for combined entrance test (CET) for various colleges. You get admission directly also in some colleges for BBA course. So, it is not a big deal.
Best of luck.

Hi Abhishek,
If you get your results of compartment exam before the counselling process, then only you will be able to apply for the BBA course. Yes, after the results declaration, you need to update the marks at the time of counselling. Best of luck.

The expected cutoff for MMS for asked college may go 99+ and 119 marks for other home university in open category. Hence, your chances are moderate.
