MCA is highly technical wherein you need Science (physics, mathematics, computers, IT) background at graduation level. Whereas BBA is generalist course and Yes, you are eligible for MCA after completing BBA. MCA-Master of Computer Application is a post-graduation degree course of two years duration having four semesters. The candidate having completed Graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks is eligible to apply for MCA course. You can pursue MBA with your current job. You various options to do so it could be Distance MBA, Executive MBA or Working Professional MBA. Distance MBA is where you will be allotted study center classes would happen on periodic basis and you can clear your doubts when needed and just appear for the exams. Executive MBA is specially designed for executives who are working. It add as a value to your career. Working Professional MBA also known to be part-time MBA where you attend classes on weekends, get certified. It is equivalent to a regular MBA.

There are quite a few universities for the same. Singapore, USA, UK has many good universities like Penn State, North Carolina A & T State University, NUS, Curtin University and many more. Most of these MBA programmes require applicants to have prior work experience before applying. Job prospects also depend on prior work experience.
