Look, all the specializations are good, there is nothing called good or bad. It depends on your area of interest. Some find Accounts valuable as they are good with numbers, while some find HR as good because they are good in People Management. So, choose the stream as per your area of interest. There are no colleges particularly for digital marketing, but you can pursue some of the digital marketing courses online. You can get Digital Marketing as a part of marketing in PG if you do MBA.
