I'll prefer you to opt for the New Delhi institute of information and technology Kalkaji because it is one of the best college for PGDM in terms of ROI, placements and academic. You will get ample chances of exposures over here and good ROI too. You will get very supportive faculty members and mentors with right direction to move. For placements, you will get chances to sit for Campus interviews of Nestle, ITC, BAJAJ and many more till you got placed.

The best and affordable colleges you can only find in BBA is in the Ghaziabad region and also in the Dehradun side as this is the best known region for these courses, plus, you can also find good coaching institutes in the vicinity of the college to prepare for any other entrance exam.

It will be better for you to opt for the IIMs as there is more scope for the MBA in this field as in those colleges you can get a good post in your own field and also in good MNC, here in IIT also you can also find many good MNCs but not in your core branch.

I am not sure about that but you can surely try at some other institutions, govt as well as private institutes. Your score seems good. The MBA course at LM Thapar School of Management is also good, I have heard. They have well laid course curriculum, good placement records and a beautiful spacious campus for you to enjoy your MBA life.
