An MBA (from a well-known university) over a PGDM would ideally be a much better option to choose in Canada due to its better recognition.

To pursue MS from the top four i.e. JB, Sydenham, Somaiya, and Welingkar, one must have a score of at least 99.2 - 99.3 percentile in CET.

Your academic scores are pretty good. Aim for a 99+ percentile score in the CAT to enhance your chances of getting interview calls from the top IIMs.

It's impossible to get a top-ranked college at that CMAT score since the cut-off of such colleges is generally 80+ percentile. I'd suggest you reappear for these exams and aim for a much better score.
