Go for B.Sc, not for BBA because B.Sc is for the science stream students. It would be better to focus on this course as aviation is a science based field, having less of management content.

I would like to go with MNIT because selection criteria is different here. The R. A. Podar Institute of Management takes own entrance exam for MBA admission also known as Podar Institute Of Management-Management Aptitude Test PIM-MAT While the admission in MNIT are based on National level entrance exams like CAT CMAT GMAT XAT and MAT.
