Hello,
A PGDM course from a top-level college is any day better since the placements, industry exposure, teaching, infrastructure, and the overall MBA experience would be much better there. After all, there is a reason why we consider a college to be top-ranked.

It will be worthwhile if you have to increase your post in that same organization but if you have to change your organization or diversify your job then it will not come in use for you.

Plus, companies value a full time MBA more than the distance ones.

There are so many top-graded colleges in Bangalore. It is better to join St. Joseph's College or Christ College.

I prefer Christ University, as it is one of the top graded college and quality education is been provided from years. St. Joseph's college , Jain college and Vivekananda college are the alternatives.
