It depends on your score. If you have better options than Balaji, then go for it but as far as I know, if you have 75 percentile to 80 percentile than BIMM is a good option even in PM&HRD, many good companies come for recruitment like Vedanta, Amazon, Cognizant, TCS, etc. who offers 12-14 LPA. I guess, it is much better than any other college, but if you have 90 percentile + in CMAT and 80-90+ in CAT, then go for Welingkar Mumbai, NIRMA, TAPMI, KJ, FORE Delhi, etc., but if you have below 80 in CAT, then Balaji is the best option. Hello Mohit, Oh, not at all. These days admissions in most of business schools are based on the entrance test results will invariably decide your probability of getting admission. A dual specialisation actually widens the scope for your career as you can decide your domain. One disadvantage would be that you might not be able to focus in depth on a particular area. Generally, it is based on the electives you take in the final year that highlights your specialisation.

Both marketing and finance have good market value. If you are considering campus placements, it depends upon the institution you do the course in too. Choose the one that suits your interest as well. Generally, more opportunities exist for freshers in the marketing domain.
