Maharashtra and an MBA in health care management programme both cover health care management, although the difference lies in the approach and focus of the courses. It all depends upon your choice of interests. For a career in digital marketing, you must go in Digital Marketing. Because a certification may help you get the job but not a fruitful career. So, it is advisable to do MBA in Digital Marketing. It would definitely help you in the long run and if you are pursuing MBA in marketing then it is an added advantage. Various companies even look for a candidate having additional knowledge in marketing and DM is one of that.
