Your top choice should be Regular Management. Operations management is also good but as title suggests is only limited to scope of operation. Strategic Management is also very niche course focusing only on certain aspect of management. You can choose a course on basis of your requirements. If your company has a demand for certain degree for promotion then choose that. Otherwise, Regular MBA is a better choice.

Engineering takes it's toll on students, but I suggest you not to give up and just share your problems you are facing with people who care about you. Now, if you really do not want to pursue engineering then pursue a career of your interest. It could be anything you like and moat hobbies even have their own course now. World is big and full of opportunities. If you can't love what you do, do what you love.

I would suggest if you want to pursue PGDM in finance and marketing then prefer GL Bajaj, because apart from course they have providing so many exposure or certification course which is very helpful for our future. As I am currently pursuing PGDM from GLBIMR, so I know well what is the scenario inside the college.

Instead of going for a course, I would prefer you to join as a management trainee in some company according to job profile you are looking for. Like human resource, finance. Gain experience and grow.
