You already have a good experience and you are into a managerial role in an MNC. At this stage of life, doing an executive programme is recommended over the regular part time or online programs. Many Iims and top B-Schools across country offer many such programs for working professionals like you. Try to do executive MBA from some IIM. The scope for an MBA in operations in India are immense. I know many companies such as L&T Engineering, TVS motors, Zuari group, Bosch are some examples and scores of other cos have recruited/are hiring freshly minted MBAs for their operations. Banks such as, Yes Bank also hire for their operations. There is lot of scope besides other functions/disciplines like general management roles, sales & marketing, finance, consulting and so on. Most people recommend only those colleges which require parameter in an entrance test too. Why are you seeking those colleges that are not having entrance test? Anyway, if you missed all the test and still looking to pursue your Master's degree in Management, do not worry. There are several colleges who are taking direct admission on the basis of your profile. I suggest you to opt for MBA from Quantum University, Roorkee - one of the better place for MBA.
