1) First preference would be given to those who have given CMAT, as well as having minimum 3 years of experience.
2) Second preference would be given to those who have given CMAT
3) Third preference would be given to those who have not appeared for CMAT but have min 3 years of experience.
In CMAT, you must be having at least 55 percentile.
After the preference, the selection would be based on interview.

CAT takes place in various test centres across India like Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, New Delhi, etc. You can check the complete list of all those centres on CAT's official site.
