Yes, you may get direct admission into business colleges after attaining a Diploma course in business, but depends on your choice of degree in a business.
MBA :
After Diploma in business management, one can pursue an MBA at institutes. In India, the third semester of an MBA is usually given as a lateral entry if one has done a diploma. But the prerequisite for getting into an approved college is a bachelor's degree.
BCom :
If you have completed a Diploma program, you can apply for lateral entry into a graduation programme in a similar field. It might even be possible to enter the second or third year of the program.
