Bengal Institute of Business Studies has a very strict refund policy. The tuition fees paid are generally not refundable except under any valid reason or sudden circumstances. In some cases, the cancellation fee, as small the amount is, would be deducted. In cases of students who do not have a valid reason for withdrawal, the chances of refunding the money are scarce. For refunding, a student has to write a formal letter which again undergoes a review process, which takes around a week. A refund, upon sanction, is processed along with a penalty.
