Hi Nirmal, Decide what you want to be in next five years and then analyze what your options are if you were to study IPM or CA after analyzing see which course is most the compitable to your self made future image and proceed with that. IPM goes for a holistic development of the student by making him acquire knowledge and be efficient in different domains. It garners your presentation skills and boosts your overall development. It isn't focused on just one domain but many. On the other hand a CA deals in depth about the field of accountancy. It is a correspondence course to say. You study, go give your exams and then do your articleship. The presentation skills and personality development solely rests on your course of action into this. Other Comparison Areas :-
If you want to spend a less, simply you can opt for CA. It will cost 1/10 th that of IPM. You will have that much security that you will be pass out within 5 years in case of IPM, you Cant expect that from ICAI. CA. Will have a option to Practice Independently. You can always go for MBA of CFA or FRA while doing CA. So Think about the Pros & Cons and Decide accordingly.

Hi Priya, You have not elaborated on your Question. You have also not mentioned of your current educational qualification. It seems you are interested in doing CA. If you find after class 10th it is too early to join then you can join after 10+2. You have to appear and qualify for CPT or Common Proficiency Test. Then you can join IPCC or Integrated professional Competence Course. It is the second level of Chartered Accountancy examinations in India. You have to complete nine months of articleship training to appear in CA Intermediate Examination and before the commencement of such practical training, one must undergo ITT and OT programme. According to the above figures, the total duration to complete the CA course duration after graduation is 3 years approximately.
