I am sure you will, those grades are good. However, admissions will also depend on your SOP and LOR. You may take the SAT just confirm with the university if they accept SAT and check if they have spring intake or not. The sooner you apply the better.

Canadian universities require a 4-year degree for admission into a majority of their Masters programs, so it is likely that you will be eligible to apply. If you have met the admission criteria, then you can be accepted too. Check the entry requirements first on websites of universities.

Yes, work experience is sufficient for M.Sc. Many universities does not require work experience for M.Sc. programs. Your GMAT score is not a very high one, you can try to retake the GMAT if you feel you can improve, otherwise, apply with these scores. You can check the entry criteria first on websites of universities.

You can explore courses like PG Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, Food and Nutrition, Holistic Nutrition, etc. You may also do an M.Sc since your CGPA is quite good and you will be eligible to apply. You can visit any college or university website to explore these courses.

You indeed have scored quite well. However, admissions in institutions abroad are a different cup of tea. It's not based only on marks but your extra curricular activities also. It's too fast and intricate topic. I would advise you to approach an agency that deals in sending students to Canada for details.
