No, it is not like that. It always seems to be impossible, until it's done. Having a work experience adds more weight-age to an individual's profile and with good IELTS score (7-9) and strong educational record one can easily get admission in the top colleges of Canada. So be confident, and start getting your bags pack. Good luck.

MBA in Canada requires a four year Bachelor's degree plus work experience plus a GMAT score. Without these its difficult to find a college. You can check Thompson River University and Vancouver Island University, please visit their website for details or you can look for PG Diploma / MS Management.

Hi Alina,
You did not mention your subject, stream etc. And the question is very vague. Scope depends on the subject you choose and also your whole profile.

Hi Nitish,
It is difficult to say without having your education background information. Canadian universities are more competitive to get into, you will require very good percentage. Australia is expensive but options are many as compared to Canada. Both will also require work experience in relevant field to be considered eligible for MBA. You may also have to take GMAT. It is therefore best that you visit some university websites in both countries, compare the admission requirements, fees etc. And match these with your own profile and plans.
