You did not mention your subject, stream etc. And the question is very vague. Scope depends on the subject you choose and also your whole profile.

It is difficult to say without having your education background information. Canadian universities are more competitive to get into, you will require very good percentage. Australia is expensive but options are many as compared to Canada. Both will also require work experience in relevant field to be considered eligible for MBA. You may also have to take GMAT. It is therefore best that you visit some university websites in both countries, compare the admission requirements, fees etc. And match these with your own profile and plans.
