Hello, Canada is a highly competitive in terms of getting admission. So, with average marks, it would be difficult for you to get into the Canadian universities. You can certainly apply for USA and Australia with these scores. The scholarship aspect is in the form of fee waiver that is given to the student. This aspect completely rests with the admission body who considers the various parameters of academic scores, extracurricular, work experience (if any).

Hello,
Based on the admission requirement of the respective university, you should have scored, 6.5-7. They are good scores to get into Canada colleges and universities. But, 5.5 in section can be a matter of concern, and you will have to re appear for the IELTS exam.

Hi Omkar, a very incomplete query, on what basis do I guide you? In short, Masters is very competitive and good, if you want to pursue research oriented career. PG Diploma is easier to get admission and industry ready job oriented.
