I am afraid, but 45% is too low for any foreign university. Check the options in your home country first. You may also drop an email to some Canadian universities. A very good GMAT score may help and if you have something extraordinary in your profile, your grades won't matter much.

Hi Abhishek,
Since you did not mention the sector, it will be the best option to check the skilled occupation list for the exact information.

Hi, you can apply to as many colleges you want, but you can enroll into only one. More than one college may send you offer letter, in that case you have to decide on only one.

Hi Krishna,
No intake, program or university can assure you admission. However, as most universities have a fall intake you may have a higher chance of admission if you apply in this intake.

Hello,
One can apply for the visa after he has been selected by a university. In addition to the IELTS score, you must also meet the academic requirements set by the universities and the different programs. Your IELTS score is alright but may be low for most programs. It is best you write a few emails to the desired universities and check with them directly. If required retake or check if you could be eligible for a bridge course.

Hello,
In terms of recognition and post-study work options, I would suggest either Canada or Germany will be the best option.

I'm so sorry to say but you can't study in Canada with 11 backlogs because 5 is the maximum number accepted.
