You have to be an academically strong student, more than 75% in class 12th is required by most universities. Application requirements and procedures may vary with universities however in general you must take the IELTS and also submit a portfolio of your creative work. Many universities like University of Waterloo will also conduct interviews before the final selection. You are advised to go through university websites and read more about the processes. Prepare accordingly.

It can be possible if you meet the university specific admission requirements. Note that you have to apply for a student permit again and doing so from UK won't be easy. Talk with university representatives and agents firstly, they will guide you as per the university guidelines.
