Your score is light but I think it is not much relevant for some good university. However, there are many other institutes that you may also get admission into with your score.

To pursue MBBS in Canada, USA, UK, Australia or New Zealand, you need to enrol first for a pre medical course of 2 to 3 years after clearing which you need to score exceptional marks in their entrance exam. For eg MCAT to get admission in a medical school in Canada.
The other option is to study MBBS in Europe or other countries and appear for licensure exams like USMLE to get the PR of USA or Canada.
