It all depends on your preference and interest. These two are completely different lines. If you are interested to go for medical Science you may choose B.Sc Cardiology, and if you want to get into agriculture and its related jobs than go for B.Sc Agriculture.

Cardiovascular Technology graduates in areas such as Hospitals, Health-related organizations, Universities, etc. A student aspiring for more knowledge in the same or related domain can opt for higher studies such as M.Sc. in Cardiovascular technology, or M.Sc. It is really depends on your interest both B.Sc Cardiology and B.Sc Surgery are very good courses and PSLV is also a good course, so what to do really depends on your interest all three have great job opportunities and good future decide based on your interest in what you wish to do and also what are your future prospects all of them have good opportunities so all the best follow your heart.

Both the courses has their own scope but it is depends upon your interest. Both B.Sc. Cardiology and physiotherapy has. Decent scope. You need to listen your inner voice and your inner skills what is good for you. Hope I am helpful for you.
