Hello Manjunath,
Aeronautical engineering equips a student to gain expertise in all the domains related to a flying object. Apart from getting employed in research field with DRDO or ISRO, one can get employment in IAF, Army, Navy or even in lots of industries that are manufacturing aerostructures in India. In addition, one can go abroad to pursue MS or MBA.

No branch is best or worse. It depends upon one's personal interests. Choose your career by yourself. Personally, I would suggest mechanical, ECE, CSE or Civ for faster growth.

It totally depends on your field of interest. If you like coding, you can take CSE branch, if you love machines and want to explore more of it, then you can take Mechanical Engineering, Each branch of engineering has its own importance. So, carefully decide your interest.

Pursuing two regular/full time degrees is not allowed. However, one can study two courses separately. One of the courses which you wish to pursue can be done from a regular college, but the other one must not be a full time course. You can do Diploma courses instead. Regards.
