12th in commerce just means that you have completed your SCHOOL Education. Besides, entrepreneurship had nothing to do with 'after 12th' so take it easy about what I wish to say.
1. You can study further and do a graduation that strengthens your skills and knowledge of Business, Management ad well as Financial Management.
2. You should toil harder and br very innovative in developing your plans and ensuring their execution in all. Pososble startups or event.
3. BBA is an Option to enhance your Business Management skills.

If you can or want to hustle 14-18 hours a day, 7 days a week and want to grow exceptionally faster, go for business. But be informed that you should be ready to take huge risks. On the contrary, if you want a relaxed 9 hours a day and 5 days a week monotonous work and you would be comfortable with slow growth, go for a job. It's completely your call depending on your choice, interest and efficiency.

Yes, a lot of jobs are there. Only you need a degree. Based on your degree, you will get the job. For example, if you will do electrical engineering, you will get a job related to electrical like machine works and all.

1. Business Accounting and Taxation for 3 months
2. TALLY software course for 3 months
3. Online courses from websites like Coursera, Udemy, Edx- Business Analytics, Data Visualization, Digital Marketing, Java, Python, Financial Modelling, etc. These courses can be done at your own pace and usually take 3-5 months.
4. Certified Financial Planner for 6 months
5. MBA, which a good investment of both your time and money to earn good returns later.

You can go for Masters, then after clearing UGC NET, you can became lecturer in any reputed university. Or, you may choose journalism or Mass communication. If you are fluent in your speaking skill, you may join any MNC. Other options are blog writing, editing etc. Hope this helps.
