There are many courses which you can pursue parallel to MBA Finance. Some are:
FRM (Financial Risk Manager): It is a quant heavy course if you have good quant skills and passion for risk management. This course is perfect for you and you can pursue it along with your MBA in Finance.
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst): This will be a good option if you are interested in investment analysis and portfolio management side.
Apart from these two courses, there are many courses which are provided by various organisations like NISM, SEBI, etc.

Of course, you can. There are certain things which you might have to keep in mind in case you plan to continue them both simultaneously. The Council of the Institute, under Regulation 65 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 has permitted Articled Assistants to pursue, with prior permission of the ICAI, only one course concurrently with CA subject to the requirement that the schools being attended for such allowed courses do not overlap with the Principal's office hours.
Therefore, if you plan to go for a regular simultaneous course, be sure to have the classes of one the courses in the evening and the other in the morning. It

Talking about career and job prospects in India after B.Com (Hons), it isn't having much of opportunities as there is so much of competition out there. So yes, it can be said that B.Com (Hons) is not enough for good career building. The exception is that you studied from SRCC or Hansraj that can get you placed with a package of 10 LPA or so.
Hence, it is advisable to go for post graduation or some professional qualification in order to build a career.
