There are two options -
1. NATA - National Aptitude Test for Architecture. Conducted by Council of Architecture.
2. JEE Mains (B.Arch) - Conducted by CBSE for admission in NIT's and SPA's for B.Arch .
Many institutions conduct their own entrance exam.

Many universities worldwide offer Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. You can look for such programs, if you have determined to study the particular course. Almost every university requires applicants to have compulsory Maths, Physics and English or Chemistry or Biology. If you had no mathematics, admission will be done through university's entrance tests.
