Hi Jayesh,
Designing has no boundaries. It is for everyone and anyone. It has got a good scope for all. In the near future, the designing field is going to have a growth of around 18-20%, and so will be the pay scales. Go ahead with it without any doubts or confusions (if you are interested).

Hi.
There are plenty of professional courses available for you to choose from.
For commerce students, one of the easiest things to do is go for B.Com then M.Com and then maybe PhD or professor.
There's also an option to go for CA, CS, CMA and at times LLB. The mainstay of commerce students for years now.
Together with B.Com you can in the time being go for various certification courses conducted by many institution across the country.
If you wanna go for MBA, you can start preparing for CAT.

There's no cause for management in hospitals. Hospitals are hiring candidates which are purely related with management and their second priority is MBBS + MBA and not BHMS.
