Hi Atharva,
There is no as such any particular qualification which can directly get you a job in Google. Google has various departments like marketing, technology, product to name a few. All these departments have separate eligibility criteria but generally chances of landing a job higher in Google if you have a technical background.

There are only advantages if you choose Multimedia, Animation, VFX and Gaming as career. This is one field that can never go out of business. Which means that computer graphic artists will always be in high demand. This field is not restricted to any one articular industry. A company that makes car or chocolates or be it any service related company, like the online shopping sites, these use digital media to reach out to its stakeholders, customer and related people. Beside this, a dynamic field with multiple platforms to work for, keeping away the monotony. Monetary rewards after few years of experience are also excellent.

The career options after completing B.Com includes the following-
You may go for MBA, MA in economics, Mass Communication, Hospitality and tourism management. You may also prepare for bank jobs and other PSU exams or you may go for M.Com and then prepare for Lecturer-ship.
You can also go for LLB.
There are numerous opportunities for you.

There is no prerequisite to learn manual testing but an understanding of basics of computer and information technology is good. For manual testing, you also require good domain knowledge such as Finance, healthcare, etc. In order to learn testing automation, you require strong programming expertize in at least one programming and scripting language.
