Dear Supratim as of now it is advisable to go for PG into English. This will upgrade your qualification. However, make sure that you be focused and keep your scorecard excellent. It will open up your opportunities further. You can go for as a guest faculty for English in some government college. After completing MBBS, you can get around Rs. 30,000-55,000.
After completing MS, you can get a salary package of 1,00,000-3,00,000 rupees per month.
Engineers get around Rs. 25,000-1,50,000.
Your salary will also depend on the turnover of the organisation.

What do you aspire to be? What are your likes and dislikes? Take a psychometric test and map your skills. Choose accordingly. Usually, students with a variety of backgrounds and experience are accepted to astronomy courses and the entry requirements may be flexible.
