The total MBBS cost in the Philippines is around 25 to 35 lakhs INR for the full 5.5 to 6 years course (BS + MD). It is cheaper than private colleges in India.

From an Indian perspective, it is far better for MBBS in the Philippines as it is mainly taught in English, thus avoiding any of the at times strenuous language barriers that one can find in Germany where at least a basic proficiency in German would be required.
Philippines also gives an interesting 5.5-year course with BS-MD pathway and cost altogether around INR 20 to 30 lakh, which is still manageable given the higher living costs in Germany, though universities charge nothing at the public level.
