A fertility specialist has spent years studying the reproductive system, various diseases and conditions which can affect fertility, and the available treatments and procedures designed to assist with fertility. Generally, there is no specified path to become a fertility expert but most generalized path can be:
1. MBBS
2. MD
3. Expertise in IVF, IUI, ICSI, surrogacy, recurrent miscarriage, endometriosis and ovulaltory disorders, etc. and their treatments.

Design & Development and Aeronautical engineering are two very different fields. You can probably get into industrial designing or product designing from NID after clearing the entrance exam. Whereas for aeronautical engineering you will have to appear for IIT-JEE Exam.

You can drop for 1 year and prepare for JEE Mains and IPU CET. I won't suggest you to prepare for JEE Advanced and you should just focus on JEE Mains and IPU CET as your main purpose is to do B.Tech in computer science.
