Yes, distance has no value compared to the regular course of the same. 99% of the recruiters recruit candidates from regular and with the good academic profile. So concerning this, I can say that distance education has no value. That too generation/ scenario keep on changing from time to time. So if you opt to do distance education, it may help you to earn some money or value to your career. But it will not work for you in near future says after 3 or 4 years since the trend is been changing, and innovative students are been emerging out. So I suggest you not to go for distance education. The eligibility depends on the type of course that you wish to pursue, the details of some courses is stated below:
Diploma: Class 10th pass from a recognized board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelor's Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT etc.

IATA certificate course won't give your good opportunities and growth. You should think of MBA Airport management, through that you would get knowledge skills and understanding for the domain and Best opportunities too.

Biotechnology is a mixture of many fields, one of which will be biochemistry. On the other hand, a pure biochemistry course will give you in-depth knowledge about biomolecules and related stuff.
*Advantage of Biotechnology:
You'll get to see a wider picture, probably with an application of biochemistry.
You'll get to experience different fields. You'll never know what you'd like if you don't try.
*Advantage of biochemistry:
If you're totally sure that biochemistry is your thing, then you might as well focus on that.

Yes, If you have done you post Graduation degree then it is more beneficial than Under Graduate degree and you have more preference than UG Students so you should try to do PG after completing your UG.

In this competition world people just want jobs doesn't matter which type of job is this but as you asked this question government jobs are secure but in private job you are not secure. In a private job, you get more facilities as compared to government jobs.
So, in term of future, government jobs are good in terms of salary private jobs are good.
