I assume that your question was " In which Engineering stream can one make more money or salaries are highest?"
It depends on the type of job you land in or the kind of entrepreneur you become. However, at present, the largest number of high paying job vacancies are in IT development functions. Also, your salary will depend on the final qualification and the college or institute that you have graduated from, as also your specialization within that higher degree.
Most top performing engineers in most streams get a very good salary. Also, it depends on the country where you work. As one gains experience, the quality of experience

And yes, you can take up either Bachelor's in fashion designing or also do Diploma or any certificate course in the same.
Several colleges in India offer it.
