You should go for BBA (undergraduation course). MBA in event management is an option which you can opt after BBA.
Second option is that you can go for integrated course of 5 years (BBA+MBA).

Hi Yashmin,
There are many courses that you can opt for after 12th. B.Tech and MBBS are all time favorites but then life doesn't stop here only. You have various other good options available.
If you are interested in pursuing a course in Science you can go for various B.Sc like physics, chemistry, botany, zoology, maths, etc. Other than these you have specialized ones like biotechnology, biochemistry, microbiology, forensic, agriculture, food technology, computer science, etc. Apart from these you have honors courses too. Biophysics is slowly emerging field in India and it still needs a lot of development on experimental, theoretical and computational fronts. There are lots of institutes currently focusing on these developments:
