Nothing happen, either you start any other job or you can join any flying club as an instructor. Maybe after some more hours of experience, you may get a job in some airlines.

CPL is nor a degree neither a diploma its a course for a licence certification

It depends on you how fast you complete your flying hours and DGCA exams. It will take minimum 1 year.
