The starting package in ISRO would be as per the government scale and it also depends on your educational level. For abroad, you can check the skill shortage list for any specific country to see the prospects of getting a job.

Both the courses are good. After completing MBA, you can go for executive positions in corporate organizations. Law offer great opportunities like legal officer, company secretary positions, etc.
