Allahabad University is considered as the best university in UP for preparation for Civil Services Examination. It was once rated as the best university for Civil Services exam's preparation, before JNU and DU became student's preference based on their success ratio and records.

If you want to become a pilot you may opt for science stream in 10+2 stage with physics, chemistry and maths as core subjects. After 12th you can appear for NDA exam conducted by UPSC twice a year to become Pilot in Indian Air Force. I guess you should shift your career option to something you really are good at. Take a psychometric test, I will strongly advice you to take one and know your real aptitude and skills. 4 years is a huge gap so you should seriously consider other avenues. Consider a PG Diploma or MS in Biotech or Pharma or even Hospital management or a general management degree.
