It is clearly mentioned in the notification i.e. candidate should have studied computer as one of the subjects in the high school, college, institute or should have certificate, Diploma or degree in computer operations/language.
1. If you have studied computer as one of the subjects during high school or college, then you are eligible to apply for this recruitment.
2. If you have done Diploma in computer operations or in language, then you are eligible to apply for this recruitment.
If you have not studied computers in high school and college or not done Diploma in computer operations, then you need certificate. Otherwise, you are not

You can go for production and operations management or marketing. You can opt for better prospects related to SAP MM, etc. It would be nice if you pursue the same.

In my point of view, you should go with IIBF certified courses for banking, it will help both the both, private and government banks and if you want to go in government bank you should join any institution for preparation for bank coaching and clear the IBPS exam.
