Just focus on your 11th and 12th standard. If you want to prepare for the exam you can practice sketching to improve your sketching skills. It is not necessary to opt arts in 11th or 12th for making a career in designing.

Nobody will employ you as a manager immediately. If you do it through a very reputed institute, first you will be hired as a management trainee and you will work in various departments such as guest relationship, front desk, F & B, room services, customer support and credit and after successful performance, you may be kept in a specific department as assistant manager level. You will progress in various positions. Even a 2 star or 3 star hotel won't appoint anybody directly as a manager. Yes, if it is restaurant or eateries, food chain, you may be appointed as a store manager.

The important point is that you need to have a flair for personnel management and good communicative ability and should enjoy solving problems related to human working. So, you may go ahead for a career in HR.

In the interview, no airline will ask you any questions about safety, first aid or services because they are airline specific, when it comes to service. But yes, if you are an experienced crew, be ready to answer a few technical ones. In your case they judge you on your personality, grooming, communication and BMI.
