In which year did you got a year back?
As you have mentioned that you have completed two years already, I would suggest you to complete your Diploma first and then move on for further studies or you can even opt for a job.

You may opt for automobile engineering and can further take up industrial design to make a great future in this field.

Teaching is the best option. An English teacher has various options. There is a lot of demand for test preparations. Apart from that, one can also learn a foreign language, and if you have a flair for it, you can choose to become a translator. With globalization, the role of an interpreter has evolved into a very crucial job.

BMS, BBA, BBM are three good courses to learn about management. Although you would need to apply through entrance exam conducted individually by colleges for admissions.

Actuarial science is a very niche science with major scope in insurance industry only. Job opportunities are limited but very well paid.

Since you have already done MBA, just check the skill shortage list for Canada and see if you can apply for jobs. If not then doing a P.Hd is another option or may be a Diploma to get a job and then PR.

The candidates who have done this course is mainly needed in the communication work/ department.
