Company Secretary (CS) is a professional qualification accepted in corporate world because of regulatory requirements. CS can act as both an independent professional and an employee and CA profession is a professionally and financially more rewarding career in comparison to BBA. Therefore, I will recommend CS over BBA.

Hi Rohit,
It is not bad at all. Diplomas after 10th are considered equivalent to 12th and many programs like Bachelor of engineering allows lateral entry into the second year but these are mostly engineering colleges at state level and not IITs nor NITs. So a lot of factors must be taken into consideration like your competency, career interest, course you want to study, etc.

Dear Mohit,
A slightly confusing question. You must complete your Bachelors to pursue your Masters. LSE is extremely competitive so please work hard on your academics. As far as I know IAS exams have age limits, please keep a check on this and prepare accordingly. Having a degree from LSE plus the IAS clearance will give you a career boost no doubt.
