Dear Yashika,
If you love playing with numbers consider pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, economics or business. You must research well on the program structure and see what interests you the most. Some of the best universities you can consider abroad are London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE),
London Business School, New York University (NYU), National University of Singapore (NUS),Princeton University, Imperial College London to name a few.
I am not aware about Indian universities on the whole.

Dear Aniket, please refer to job portals of the respective countries. Getting a job as a doctor or nurse in these countries is very hard. You must have the qualification recognized by the respective countries and must pass the licensing exams.

After B.Sc IT student can get entry level developer & tester roles in small & medium size IT companies and IT department of enterprises. Large companies prefer B.Tech CSE/IT or MCA or M.Sc IT/ CS over B.Sc IT/BCA. With few years of experience, B.Sc IT graduates can move to large IT companies or MNCs on better roles and salary.

Subjects will be same in prelims for all. You have to choose an optional subject for your Mains exam. Thus, if you are asking about the optional subject then I would suggest you to go for sociology and public administration.

In order to have wider career options, you are advised to opt for PCMB at 10+2 stage if it'd allowed by your school and board of education. Even with PCB you have other career option beside medical such as pure science, pharmacy, law, hotel management, BBA, fashion designing , medical technologist, nursing etc.

The syllabus of bank PO and CAT exam is almost same, but questions asked in CAT exam are tough. The coaching of CAT will also help with the preparation of bank PO exam.
